TWIDDLEYBITZ BLOG CANDY!!

Hi everyone

Today I am sharing with you the amazing Twiddleybitz and what you can do with them and how fantastic they look on or off the page.

So many available, from butterflies to fantastic off the page projects.

With Mother's Day just around the corner, I thought I would make the lovely Twiddleybitz Jewel Box.

the Jewel box comes as a flat pack, very easy to put together, just follow the notches in the wood and glue. you may want to paint the pieces first before gluing together.

All I did was paint it black, and using lots of Prima bling I used glue and adhered into place on the front of the box and also in the lid piece (this I did prior to putting together, makes it a little easier). I then used a soft metallic pink to go around the scroll edge and the frame on top, then adhered the frame. Used 2 Petaloo flowers of different sizes and it's done.

What a lovely gift for Mum this Mother's Day right?

now lets take a look at what some of the DT have done with Twiddleybitz

Tina has used the new release Chair & Umbrella and created this gorgeous frame

and just have a look at what Lisa has done with the birdcage, isn't it beautiful?

and the Fantasy Frame shadow box by Ann, how stunning is this?

another gorgeous off the page using Twiddleybitz by Lisa

and now for a few on the page, just take a look at what Leah created, an absolutely amazing layout using all the new release Steam Punk Gears and Cogs

and Irit has used the beautiful new release Twiddleybitz Arched Gate with Fence on her gorgeous layout below.

so there you have it, so many beautiful products on the page and off and some fantastic gift ideas for Mother's Day which is only around the corner on May 8.

GREEN TARA SPRAYS BLOG CANDY GIVEAWAY!!

BLOG CANDY HERE, KEEP READING FOR ALL THE INFO!!

Hi everyone

Today we have a product review on the beautiful Green Tara Silver Sprays.

The images don't do them much justice but once you see them and use them you are hooked!!

The Silver Sprays we stock a large range of which have a multitude of applications. You can create fabulous scrapbooking layouts with them but they are also wonderful for wedding table decorations, bouquet decoration, christmas decorations, off the page projects and many other things too.

Many different ways to use them, cut them apart and use on a number of different layouts or projects.

Here is a layout I have done previously using the sprays, I have also used a number of other Green Tara products on this layout too such as the Battik vintage flowers which I made into a vine and the puffy vine ribbon.

The Silver Sprays used on this layout you can find here

I have used Silver Sprays Butterflies and entwined into my handmade vine
I have also used another on the bottom left corner of the layout but it is currently out of stock.

for the frame below that I made for my eldest daughter Sarah, I have cut apart the Silver/Acrylic Butterfly Spray which you will find here in the store.

As you can see I have trimmed the dress form with parts of the spray and then in with the flowers at the base.

In a previous post from Lisa which you can find here, she has used the Green Tara Silver Spray to add to her layout

Lisa's layout - So Special

Here are a few more that some of the Design Team girls have done.

Annette Gearside has used a full spray on this layout below

here Annette has used the spray up in behind her embellishments, cutting it to suit

This next layout has been done by Eve Sheppard, this was a kit for the shop which is now sold out. Eve has used her's to spray out from the flowers and around her photo which ties in perfect with the patterned paper.
Here a more of Eve's gorgeous layouts all using the beautiful Green Tara Silver Sprays

I love flourish with bling embellishments. I have used them a fair bit lately on my layouts. I find the pearl flourish stick well on the page and are easy to handle and dont get all floppy when you are trying to stick them. I also love the puffy flourishes and japanese looking flourishes. they are great. I have provided a link on my blog
