The shaped layout border that I have done:
1) A border punch.
2) 12 by 12 trimmer.
3) Paper that you want to use as the border.
Step 2: Cut the border into small pieces as shown below
Step 3: Apply glue on the bottom of the piece.
Step 4: Start sticking it behind the page accordingly.
This is what you get after pasting more of it.
You will now have a pattern border around the page.

You can use any other border punches to have this effect!
