Tutorial - Border Layout

Hello. It is finally my turn to do up a blog post again at Scrapwithv. Today I will like to share with you guys on how to create a pattern border around the page. If you don't quite get what I mean, I have a sample layout that I have done using this technique. :)

The shaped layout border that I have done:

close up details :
So here we goes. Let's get started on it. It is pretty simple.

Things that you need:

1) A border punch.
2) 12 by 12 trimmer.
3) Paper that you want to use as the border.

Step 1: Trim a 2 inches paper and punch it with a border punch

Step 2: Cut the border into small pieces as shown below

Step 3: Apply glue on the bottom of the piece.

Step 4: Start sticking it behind the page accordingly.
This is what you get after pasting more of it.
You will now have a pattern border around the page.

This is my first tutorial ever! Hope you all like it.
You can use any other border punches to have this effect!
This is pretty easy! Do try it out now! :)

Thanks for looking!

Winnie
