Take some coordinating washi tapes - I have gone with a green and pink combination - love them together!! Run some strips down your card and then across the card. Tear the ends - it adds to the interest of the card!!
Stamp a cute card greeting - I have used a punch to cut the shape out !
I have then added it to some pop dots so it sits up on the card. Glue some pretty flowers at the side of the greeting - VOILA
Washi card Number 2 !!!
