I am making paper blooms!

Hi everyone!Kristie here I just wanted to show you that it is super easy to make some really cute paper blooms with any cardstock or patterned paper that you can buy in the scrap with v store..
All you need is standard paper punches,a popsicle stick, some inks, paper of course,a small mister with water or ink in it and some fast drying paper glue.
its really easy, you just punch out you shapes, spritz then with a little water(or ink) rub your popsicles stick along the petals to shape them and give your blooms dimension.(I place mine on an old upside down mouse pad, but you could also use a floded towel) let them dry then stack them glueing along the way.. easy squeezy! you can alos slap a little paint or ink on the edges of the petals, use a marker to give details.Another hint is that you need to look at you punches a little differently, for instance, a snowflake can make a very nice stamen when all scrunched up, also a simple heart can be the perfect petals for a rose, I also used my scissors to give the flowers character, by cutting the petals of a standard daisy punch. You could place a brad or gem in the center, or even a button would look cool. Also a big glob of stickles, looks good, but be sure to allow lots of time for drying!
Remember, they dont have to be perfect, as a matter of fact, sometimes to les perfect they are, the better they look, just experiment and have fun!
Happy scrappin!
here are a few photos to show you some of the flowers I made, and a few layouts containing those flowers too.. Let me know what you think.......
