A pocket of memories...

Hi everyone, Natalie here with you today...

I have a quick and simple project to share with you today that can be used for a variety of purposes...a page pocket.

Every now and then my son would come home from Pre-school last year with a little drawing in his bag from his best friend...or I should say his future wife...hehehe. I knew that they wouldn't be going to the same school this year and that their friendship would become a thing of the past and so I kept all the little drawings that she did for him in a safe place knowing that one day I would create this page.

Here are a few quick and easy steps to create a pocket on your page... (please excuse the bad photos and the messy desk...I scrap at night with the kiddies are in bed :)

1. Cut a piece of patterned paper in half.
I punched along part of the edge to add to the feel of the page...

2. Run double sided tape along the bottom and side edges of your cardstock.

3. Adhere patterned paper.

4. Add photo(s), title and embellishments.

5. Place items in the pocket...see what I mean, TOO EASY!!.

This is also a great way to store birthday cards, certificates and memorabilia from school, love notes ;), etc.

If this idea inspires you we would love to see your take on it...so link us up.

Thanks for stopping by,
